At Player1 Sim Gear, we want to ensure your racing setup is perfect. If you are not completely satisfied with your hardware, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure the Hardware
Place the item back in its original manufacturer packaging with all cables, manuals, and mounting hardware included to ensure a valid return.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the gear's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
